Quote and "Cash for Cars" Submissions
When you submit a request to sell a vehicle, any price or quote we provide is a non-binding estimate based on the information you give us and is subject to inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing is determined at the time of purchase. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to sell it.
On-Site Activities
Visiting and pulling parts at our locations is governed by the posted rules, safety requirements, and policies in effect at each yard. These Terms apply to your use of the Site and do not replace those on-site rules.
Intellectual Property
The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by U-Pull and Save or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission, except as allowed for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
